Booking details:
A $50 deposit is required at booking to secure date/time of our shoot together. When ready to book please venmo $50 to @hiraethyoga and include your booking date/time.
This deposit is non-refundable and will go towards final payment which will be due day of shoot.
You may reschedule, giving 24 hours notice, this is to respect my time and other clients. If an emergency comes up, I will be more than happy to work with you.
Current Prices:
1/2 hour shoot - $275 - client receives 15-20 edited images.
1 hour shoot - $375 - client receives 30-40 edited images.
Image Delivery:
Images will be delivered to client within 14 days of shoot. Full size resolution images will be delivered via Dropbox or Google Drive, allowing you to download to your computer, phone etc. I do not currently offer any printing services at this time.
Please note: shared folders will be kept for 60 days and then I will remove folder from my account. It will be your responsibility to download the images onto your hard drive or into a private folder for safe keeping within those 60 days.
I cannot guarantee to keep copies of your images stored and saved forever.
Permissions:
I ask that when using my images on web, social sites or print that my name and website/IG handle be credited.
I ask that you do not crop, edit or change the colors of my images.
If a brand / company reaches out to you to request use of my image, please request they talk to me first as I may ask for a copyright fee. This ‘ask’ comes from a place of wanting to be financially compensated for my art if being used by a large company.

No, I will select the images for editing. I look at lighting, focus, composition, flattering angles, facial expressions etc when selecting images. Know that I will choose the very best images.

As a natural light only photographer, I require a nice amount of natural light in order to capture the best possible images. I have access to the lovely "secret studio" in Queen Anne that is available to rent for $25 an hour. I can also suggest some natural daylight studios off Peer Space if you do not have an indoor location. We can also shoot outside!! Client will be responsible for any cost for rental.

Travel time to local locations are included in my price, and the main reason why the 60 minute shoot time is not double the cost of the 30 minute. My price covers travel, shooting time, as well as editing.
